I write to tell you how grateful I am that I chose Kentmere Rehab to begin my recovery from the accident.
The physical therapists, nurses, aides, professional staff, kitchen staff and support staff are outstanding: they are helpful, encouraging, friendly, available and concerned. I’m getting along very well and appreciate all they did for me. It was a pleasure getting to know them. They are all to be commended for their dedication.
The food was outstanding and the facilities very clean, which many visitors commented on.
Please extend my gratitude to all and my prayerful support of all you do.

Dear Kentmere Administrative Team:
I wish to inform you of my impressive observations of Miss Lauren Jackson. In my professional opinion, she is an extraordinary certified nursing assistant. Miss Jackson is a positive force in addressing the residents’ individual needs. As a college professor, I teach a course in which students learn about the professional qualities that help an organization establish and maintain a shared vision in providing impactful services for individuals and their families.
During the early stages of Mom’s arrival to Kentmere, it was very easy to establish a meaningful rapport with Miss Jackson. She presented an impressive first impression of her character and skills and demonstrated a pleasing welcoming presentation. Mom and I felt somewhat comfortable with the experience ahead. We knew this would be a huge change for Mom transitioning from an independent lifestyle to nursing home care, but Miss Jackson certainly helped us to become more at ease with our new reality given the circumstances.
When I arrived in the early morning to spend time with Mom, I could immediately sense evidence of Miss Jackson’s presence. Mom was dressed, there was fresh water on the table, and the window blinds were raised. These factors communicated to Mom that there was a mutual plan in setting the stage for a potentially positive day. They also assisted Mom to maintain some understanding of the calendar and a sense of time. Miss Jackson always knew Mom’s schedule and she consistently informed me how she would prepare for the day’s journey.
I quickly noticed Miss Jackson’s effective time management skills while performing such an important human service. She has a wonderful sense of autonomy when addressing the residents’ needs in an equitable manner. Additionally, her brief dialogue and warm smile promotes an enjoyable culture for a diverse group to interact. Miss Jackson’s tremendous work ethic is complimented with kindness and respect which positively adds to the quality of life of the seniors your organization faithfully serves.
It is my personal and professional view that Miss Jackson is an outstanding model for her peers in developing a solid staff. Many families depend on a special person like Miss Jackson to surround their loved ones and have instances to simply smile. She definitely provided this feeling for the love of my life. My family and I would like to thank Miss Jackson for her compassionate approach to assisting your residents to feel valued.
